Welcome to the BC Fitness website. Please take your time and navigate through our pages, get to know our training philosophy, what we do, and most importantly, what we can do for you.

If you are looking to change your existing lifestyle or just the way you workout, you have come to the right place. We strive to be honest and forthright with our clients – you can exercise with us for 2 – 5 hours per week, but you also need to take responsibility for the other 160+ hours of the week to achieve your goals. The truth is, transformation happens from the inside-out, and physical change is not possible without the mental state to get you there and addressing key behavioral issues of fat-loss success, in addition to consistent and healthy nutrition and exercise.

We are not training you to be an Olympic athlete (at least not yet), or look like a supermodel. What we are doing is guiding you to be able to perform everyday functional exercises, to move fluidly and free of pain, to educate yourself about eating real food and making smart nutritional choices, to rely on your own body to guide you, not pills, diets and fads, and to make exercise an enjoyable part of your everyday life.

Here is some general information to get you started on achieving your health & fitness goals:

  • If you have a general or specific question, contact us and we will reply as soon as possible.

  • If you would like to begin starting an exercise program, go to Customer Information and provide us with a little background on you and we will respond promptly to discuss your health & fitness needs and get you on the way to reaching your goals

  • The next step is to fill in the PAR -Q (a medical clearance form), Waiver & Consent (legalities) and lastly the Health & Fitness Questionnaire forms (information gathering for us) . It is a little bit of work, but the more background information you provide, the better prepared we can be to start you on your way to a safe, fun and effective fitness program

  • Finally, regardless of if you choose to use our services or not, get moving and do some form of physical activity every day! Walking, gardening, take a yoga class or try a new activity, join a sports team or club, do some push ups and sit ups during the commercials of your favourite TV show, just get out and get active. Your body will thank you for it!
