Equipment includes:

Concept 2 rowing machine (3),spin bike (3), treadmill, boxing equipment, glute ham machine, agility ladders, skipping ropes and the great outdoors, weather permitting

Assorted Kettlebells, Dumbbells, resistance tubing, Medicine balls, Olympic plates & bars

Squat racks (4), Pull up bars, TRX suspension trainers, hurdles, plyo boxes, tires, and various pieces of stability equipment

1. River Heights Morning Class AM1

Tuesday and Thursday 6.00 - 7.00am.

2. River Heights Morning Class AM2

NEW CLASS TIME!

Monday, Wednesday & Friday 9.30 - 10.30am.

3. River Heights Evening Class PM1

Tuesday and Thursday 6.30 - 7.30pm.

4. River Heights Evening Class PM2

Tuesday and Thursday 7.40 - 8.40pm.

5. Saturday morning add on workout
8.30 - 9.30am or 9.40 - 10.40am workout can be added to any class time

If a class needs to be cancelled you will be given as much notice as possible, and all efforts will be made to move you to another suitable class time if agreed upon, or a full refund will be issued*.
